In your opinion, how is the Utah Real Estate Market going? I'd like you to comment how you feel. I will post my opinions and findings here too, but I want to see what you are thinking as well.
As for my findings, in Kaysville Layton and Fruit Heights Utah there were 91 homes sold. Currently there are over 12,000 active homes on the market. Rates have been fluctuating a lot for the past couple weeks. So in my opinion, the Utah housing market is doing great. There are a lot of buyers out and homes are selling.
