My family and I were under pressure to find our new home before the new school year started so we were very stressed. Brianna was very timely in her responses to us, diligent in sending us new listing and very flexible in showing us homes around our work schedules. The transaction for the most part was very smooth- There was an unfortunate issue where my buyers were unable to sign settlement documents within the deadline written in the contract due to a last minute lender issue. Jordan was very professional as to the manner of which his side handled the issue keeping very cool, calm, and collected insuring that level heads prevailed for both sides. Ultimately, the sellers received their funds as though no changes had been made but often in this industry I find that agents have a tendency to let either ego or emotion get in the way and add fuel to a situation that isn't necessary. Working with Jordan was an absolute pleasure. I absolutely recommend him to clients and other agents in the industry as his profesionalism is exemplary.
