Meet Lyn Daybell, Your Full Time Northern Utah Real Estate Agent

Originally from Las Vegas, Lyn and her family moved to Utah where she has resided since 2002. Prior to entering into the real estate industry, Lyn has enjoyed a successful career in Cosmetology and feels that has added to her creativity and ability to interact with people deciphering their different interests, style, wants and needs.

Why Lyn 

Being a real estate professional for more than 18 years, Lyn is known for outstanding client service, accessibility, integrity and sincerity in all her dealings. "I'm not number one, YOU are!" Lyn believes strongly that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to guide and educate them throughout every step of the process so her clients can make the best decision possible. "I treat my clients' needs and wants as my own when searching for the perfect property or helping them secure the best deal." She knows how to listen, and is generous in offering information. Her main intention is to understand her clients' needs and build a lasting relationship. "I am honest, sometimes telling clients things they might not want to hear." When orchestrating deals for her buyers and sellers, Lyn is assertive and effective without being too aggressive. While she is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients, she is just as much a compassionate, friendly, and humorous partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful. Lyn is a member of the Northern Wasatch Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. "I am a REALTOR bound to a 100-year-old code of ethics."   

In Her Free Time

Lyn loves remodeling her 1977 home, accumulating and taking care of all her indoor plants, going to estate sales, and spending time with her daughter, son and husband, Mike, who has always been her biggest supporter! She loves the game of baseball and is learning the sport of MMA!
