About JaNel
I think my interest in real estate began long, long ago when my parents bought fixer-uppers and led me to 22 moves by the time I was seventeen years old and 9 moves since then as an adult on my own. This has also piqued my interest in renovation and learning what it takes to transform a less than desirable space into a place that you can call HOME. From my early beginnings in Southern California, to Utah, to Nebraska, to Utah, to Alaska, and yes back to Utah again (this time for good) I've learned the in's and out's of home ownership from first time buying to new construction, to renovations and everything in between. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty when it comes to hard work. I specialize in separated and divorcing families as well.
My goal as a real estate professional is to arm you with the resources that you will need to be successful in any transaction. I want my clients to know that they are part of a team of professionals that will guide them every step of the way.
After many years here in this area, I feel like I am home. I have lived all over the Wasatch Front and am looking forward to serving from North to South.
